I would just like to thank you for your recent excellent service which in my opinion is the best service I have ever received from an online store.
This particular Monitor was out of stock everywhere and I had already cancelled a pre order with another company because of failed promises.
I came across your site with stock available and so ordered a monitor from you , however, I phoned you direct just to reassure myself only to be told that you too were out of stock and the site had not been updated to show no stock.
You then told me that you would check with the supplier and call me back to let me know when new stock would arrive.
With the greatest respect as far as I was concerned I did not expect to hear from you again, but to my shock the phone rang and a pleasant young lady said she had been promised a few units by the supplier and that I should receive it by Tuesday.
Monday morning my monitor arrived, wow.
To actually get a return phone call from a company is a bonus, but to actually receive the monitor a day earlier than expected is a dream.
I cannot reward you with £1000's of buisness but I can praise you to the highest level and recommend you to friends and any other organisation that I possibly can for your outstanding service, and I thank you for a most pleasurable shopping experience.

I decided to buy from Continental as although I could have shaved an odd pound or two off the price by going to internet wholesalers, they simply couldn't answer my questions, they seemed more interested in shifting boxes than giving a service.

I am extremely happy with my purchase from Continental - I ordered my monitor on the Friday at 3.30PM and it was delivered at 10am on the Monday. Sales staff were friendly and helpful, and helped me to decide which model to go for. I ended up with the ProLite E1900WS - which is a bargain and is an absolutely superb monitor. I'd recommend Continental to anybody who wants a great monitor at a great price, and quickly!

I'm writing to express my thanks for Continental's prompt and attentive service in the supply of a ProLite LCD monitor. Ordered lunchtime Monday, delivered Tuesday morning. I can't remember ever having such good service from any other company. I am equally impressed with the monitor itself, picture quality beats the CRT it replaced, while the design and build quality are also pleasing. I was always doubtful of purchasing on the Internet but you have dispelled my fears. I ordered a Iiyama Prolite PC monitor at lunchtime on 8 December and it was delivered at 8.10 am on the 9th, not even 24 hours later! I'm delighted with the monitor and the good-mannered service I received from Continental. I wish I could tell everyone to deal with you.

I ordered a Prolite E481S from you on the 1st of March and it arrived the next day. I would like to say thank you for a superb monitor, extremely efficient delivery, and very knowledgeable and polite staff in customer services. In this day and age it is heartening to be able to telephone a company and be answered by a member of staff almost immediately, without having to listen to some inane tape recorder.

Bea you are 100% correct I spoke with Simon around 30-45mins ago who I found excellent. As a result of this conversation based on your previous recommendation and now a greater understanding of your purchasing power and relationship with Iiyama I have placed an order for one of these monitors and provided credit card details.

I recieved my 431s today, I would like to say thankyou very much for the great service that I recieved. The correspondance was very good. The young lady was very helpful.

Not a suggestion as such but praise.Ordered my new Monitor ( iiyama BX3814UT) on 22/12 @19:00 and it arrived on 24/12 @ 11:00.Excellent service and a great monitor.
